In 2025, executives are pulling from the lessons they learned during Covid, as they work to lead through disruption. In today's volatile business landscape, HR leaders face challenges relating to the dynamic economy, rapid technological advancements, a race for talent, generational turnover and employee activism. While following these trends CHROs must balance expectations from key business stakeholders while maintaining a culture that retains the workforce. It's critical that HR leaders mitigate change fatigue while responding to the needs of the business.
In this session, join fellow HR leaders to explore ways to address these challenges strategically and impactfully.
Discussion Questions:
- How has the geopolitical landscape affected your HR initiatives?
- Is your business being impacted by tariffs? How are you addressing this?
- How has the AI boom influenced your talent strategy?
- How are you working to mitigate change fatigue?
- With many HR leaders facing budget cuts, are you having to do more with less?
- How are you showing HR's strategic impact on the workforce?
6:30pm - 7:00pm Networking Break
7:00pm - 8:00pm Summary Discussion & Dinner
8:00pm - 9:00pm Social Hour
