1. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the drawing for the prizes (the “Prize Drawings”) you must register and attend the Evanta Summit (the “Summit”). The following individuals are NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PRIZE DRAWING: (i) employees, officers, directors and agents of the member companies of Gartner, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their households; (ii) employees, officers, directors and agents of the Prize Drawing sponsors, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their household ; (iii) employees, officers, officials and agents of any government or any governmental body or any entity that is owned or controlled by a government; (iv) any employee or officer of a public international organization; (v) any individual currently seeking elected office in any country; (vi) any individual who is affiliated with a Summit partnering organization, including but not limited to sponsors and suppliers, even if such individual is a registered member at the Summit; (vii) any individual whose company Code of Conduct prohibits the receipt of gifts in the context of business transactions. Please consult your own in-house counsel if you have questions about eligibility.
2. Term
The date(s) for the Contest will be the date(s) of the Summit and will take place during the period from the official Summit start time through the time when the winner is announced during the closing Keynote (“Term”).
3. Host
Evanta, a Gartner Company, located at 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford CT 06902-7700 is the Leaderboard Host (“Host”). The Host is solely responsible for administering the Contest and prize fulfillment.
4. Prize Sponsors
Certain prizes may be underwritten by Summit sponsors (“Prize Sponsors”). Prize Sponsors are not affiliated with the Host and are not responsible for the Leaderboard or prize fulfillment.
5. How to Participate
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. The Leaderboard is open to those eligible persons who attend the Summit. To participate, eligible persons must download and log in to App. All participants are subject to a review for eligibility pursuant to Section 1 of these Official Leaderboard Rules. Each eligible person may participate in the Leaderboard by taking specific actions in the App to earn Leaderboard points (“Points”). If the Host approves of participation, eligible participants can accrue points by:

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Leaderboard Rules. Information collected from participants is subject to Host’s Global Privacy Policy, available at: http://www.gartner.com/technology/about/policies/privacy_principles.jsp.
Participants should be aware that the Host and Prize Sponsors may be collecting non-public, personally-identifiable information about them in connection with the operation of the Contest. Subject to applicable law, Host and Prize Sponsors, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing.
6. Winners
Leaderboard Prize awarded to the most digitally social and collaborative executive (“Prize Winner”) of the conference based on the Points system administered by the Host. A Prize Winner will be announced on the last day of the Summit. Prize Winner will be announced based on the attendee who has accrued the most Points up until the time when The Host pulls attendee with the most Leaderboard points, considering a reasonable amount of time to prepare for announcement. Prize Winners must be physically present at the time of the applicable Prize announcement to win. All decisions on all matters pertaining to the Leaderboard points are at the sole discretion of the Host and are final. The Host reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
Prize Winners will receive the prizes listed on Exhibit A. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by Host. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Host’s discretion. Prizes are nontransferable. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all applicable taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
8. Winner Notification
The Prize Winners will be announced at the Summit. Prize Winners must claim their prizes at the Summit registration desk. The Host will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a Prize Winner. If the Prize Winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, fails to abide by these Official Leaderboard Rules, or is ineligible, the prize will be considered forfeited and the Host may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries or else donate the prize to charity, at its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, all participants and Prize Winner(s) hereby release the Host and the Prize Sponsor and their respective affiliates from and against any and all liability, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, damage or loss of property in any way arising from the Contest and the awarding, fulfillment, acceptance and use or misuse of the Prize. The Host and Prize Sponsor assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to the Leaderboard platform or data.
10. Governing Law
This Contest and these Official Leaderboard Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Definition: Leaderboard Prize
Leaderboard Prize awarded to the most digitally social and collaborative executive (“Leaderboard Winner”) of the conference based on the EvantaEvents app gamification point system known as the “Leaderboard”. Leaderboard Winner will receive physical prize at the event.
