Alligators, cypress trees and a 45-mph ride through the swamps of Louisiana ― it all awaits those adventurous enough to hop aboard a guided, high-speed airboat. After your up-close encounter with the bayou's native plant and animal species, you and your peers will enjoy lunch at Copper Vine.

Each application is carefully vetted to ensure members meet established criteria, preserving the quality of the network and enabling meaningful, peer‑level discussions among leaders from the world’s leading organizations.
Once you submit your application, a Community Program Manager will schedule a conversation to understand your priorities and interests and complete onboarding, including access to year‑round community events.

- Any cancellations made after the cutoff (August 9, 2025) are subject to a cancellation fee of (2) nights room charge + tax.
Parking & Transportation
$50 Uber Code for attendees to use for transportation to/from the resort.*
*Limit one per person
Four Seasons Overnight Parking is $75. Event Parking is $35.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans at a reduced conference rate. Reservations should be made online or by calling 504-434-5100.
Deadline to book using the discounted room rate of $385 USD (plus tax) is August 12, 2025.
