Evanta cares about the health and safety of our community. Please join us in this effort by continuing to monitor your health before and throughout the gathering.
We encourage everyone to be up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccination and boosters along with an annual flu vaccination to reduce the risk of serious illness.
If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms please do not attend the gathering.
Should you begin to feel unwell while at the program, we will assist with finding a nearby medical facility.

What health and safety precautions will be taken during the program?
Enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures will be in place across all venues and during all activities. Hand sanitizer will be easily accessible throughout the venue, and face masks will be available upon request at the registration desk.
What if something changes before the conference?
We will communicate any changes or updates on our website, and inform registered participants via email no later than two weeks prior to the meeting.
How can I make a change to my registration if necessary?
