What to Expect
Agenda
Coming Soon
The CIO Executive Summit agendas are driven by the mission-critical priorities identified among the community. Each agenda is uniquely crafted By CIOs, For CIOs®, and will be available closer to the gathering. All topics and sessions will be inspired by the following themes.
Operationalizing Enterprise AI and Governance
CIOs are shifting from experimenting with AI to building enterprise‑ready solutions that deliver real business value. Leaders are putting clear governance in place, involving business partners in oversight, and setting standards to measure AI effectiveness. At the same time, they’re working to safely manage emerging agentic AI capabilities and reduce risks such as hallucinations and unsanctioned shadow AI.
Modernizing Core Architecture and Data Foundations
To support advanced analytics and AI, CIOs are addressing the long‑standing technical debt that slows transformation. Organizations are replacing outdated ERPs, improving data quality at the source, and organizing unstructured information. By strengthening hybrid cloud strategies and modernizing core systems, they’re building a unified architecture that can scale innovation without sacrificing stability or control.
Bolstering Cyber Resilience and Global Risk Management
With threats accelerated by AI, rising ransomware incidents, and mounting geopolitical complexity, resilience requires active preparation, not just static plans. CIOs are taking a central role in risk leadership by implementing zero‑trust principles, using automation to speed security response, and navigating stricter data sovereignty and compliance expectations across global environments.
