The ability to pivot nimbly in a rapidly changing world can be a major asset. However, making the transition demands the reimagining of business models, technology strategies and company culture—all at the same time. Restructuring a segregated project management model reaps major rewards at the divisional and enterprise-wide levels.
Innovation and progress are the lifeblood of a robust enterprise. With a more complex operating model comes the need for a much more robust security strategy. To improve business outcomes, the forward-thinking leader is continuously adopting new technologies and protecting existing assets.
In this interactive conversation, CIOs & CISOs will have the opportunity to discuss what organizations are doing to embrace the digital era.
Topic 1: Embracing an Age of Agility
- What are you doing to create an agile enterprise culture?
- How are you implementing a continuous delivery model
- How are you fostering rapid innovation?
Topic 2: Securing the Next Wave of Technology
- How are you embracing new technologies and innovative improvements?
- How are you combining high visibility and zero trust to protect individual and collective assets?
- What advancements are needed for a more robust security strategy?
