Agenda

April 7, 2027

4:30pm - 5:30pm  Executive Networking Reception

5:30pm - 6:30pm  Discussion Topics

Accelerating HR's Speed to Value

AI is reshaping work faster than ever before. CHROs are expected to help grow the business, support faster returns from AI and boost productivity all while doing more with less. Without the ability to adapt at the speed of change, HR risks becoming misaligned with business priorities and less effective in driving outcomes.

According to Gartner insight, only 41% of HR operating models currently focus resources on the most critical work. And these traditional models slow the value to delivery. To stay aligned with the business CHROs should focus on AI accountability, workforce skill concentration and leadership redesign.

Discussion Questions:

  • How can HR redesign the delivery model to keep pace with business needs?

  • Who is accountable for the organizational risks created by AI? And is HR prepared to lead that accountability?

  • As the workforce becomes increasingly load-bearing, what assumptions about capacity, resilience, productivity and critical talent do you make—and where are you most vulnerable if those assumptions fail?

  • When CEOs accelerate strategic ambition, how should CHROs address leadership capacity, alignment, decision velocity, and accountability?

6:30pm - 7:00pm  Networking Break

7:00pm - 8:00pm  Summary Discussion & Dinner

8:00pm - 9:00pm  Social Hour
