Bridging the Data Divide for Broader Impact

Now more than ever, Chief Financial Officers say their scope extends well beyond traditional financial management, with 75% now rating metrics, analytics and reporting as the top priority for 2025. As organizations face slower growth and mounting risks from AI, global conflicts and regulatory pressures, top finance leaders must spearhead broad data integration to ensure secure, up-to-date information while empowering rapid, strategic insights.

Join this discussion to discover how CFOs can drive meaningful change and enable real-time, data-driven decisions that fuel organizational evolution.

  • How are you effectively prioritizing and implementing advanced analytics within your existing finance structure?
  • How do you bridge governance of financial and nonfinancial data?
  • What are some challenges you encounter while integrating the financial data management strategy with an enterprise data strategy?
  • How do you ensure your data structure is robust enough to extract value from AI in finance?
  • What strategies are effective in transitioning the organization away from outdated decision-making and fostering a culture that embraces modern, data-driven approaches?
