The Agent Development Lifecycle – How Teams are Improving Agents

Many organizations have moved beyond experimenting with agents and are now facing a different challenge - how to evaluate, govern, improve and scale them over time. Rather than treating agents as one-off projects, leading teams are establishing an agent development lifecycle for building and continuously refining agents. Gartner predicts that by 2030, 70% of organizations will have established a formal agent development lifecycle.
