Agenda

Coming Soon

The CDAO Executive Summit agendas are driven by the mission-critical priorities identified among the community. Each agenda is uniquely crafted ‘by CDAOs, for CDAOs,’ and will be available closer to the gathering. All topics and sessions will be inspired by the following themes.

Focusing on Foundations for AI Readiness

CDAOs must explore the potential of AI while still ensuring proper data foundations are in place to execute effectively at scale. As AI and other emerging technologies continue to disrupt industries, CDAOs need to regularly assess their organization's readiness, evaluate current analytics skills, strengthen governance and understand the real impact of generative AI across the business.

Establishing Measurable Value and Proving ROI

CDAOs face more pressure than ever before to demonstrate ROI and establish D&A as a strategic business driver rather than a support function. To achieve this, CDAOs are concentrating on aligning D&A and AI projects with business results, setting success metrics and collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

Driving Culture Change to Elevate Data and Analytics Initiatives

A strong data culture is crucial for the success of any D&A strategy . CDAOs are working to manage the human aspect of technological change by fostering data literacy and steering behavioral change to reach the end goal of business value informed by data-driven decisions.
