Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.
I have a strong background in Mathematics and Statistics, which provides a solid foundation for analytical thinking and problem-solving. Early in my career, I identified a critical gap between AI technologies and their practical application to real-world customer challenges. Leveraging my technical expertise, I bridge this divide by translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable questions that uncover customer needs and inform precise requirement development.
What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
Enable every individual to excel and take full ownership of their role. Foster an environment where individuals can thrive and fully own their functions. Inspire individuals to grow and take accountability for their areas of work.
What is the greatest challenge CDAOs face today, and how are you addressing it?
Data access is a challenge as data is siloed across many applications. I recently put a team in place to address governance and the data platform initiative.
What is the key to success for someone just starting out as a CDAO?
Be curious, and don't be afraid to speak up and create change.
How do you measure success as a leader?
Success in business is measured by the value delivered to customers through products and services that solve their problems and enhance their experience, alongside the value created for shareholders through sustainable financial growth and strong returns.
